Our experience in representation of “branded” products, know-how in sales, distribution, marketing and reporting is one of our pillars.
The second pillar is our advice and consulting for companies who want to enter a licence business, joint venture, or to set up their own factory. Based on our international experience we offer our commercial advice built on a careful feasibility study.
In 2010 vmk-bevex oHG was hired to consult one of its customers in the set up of a brewery in Benin (West-Africa). Together with an engineering company we covered the following scope of duties:
- planning of infrastructure/ size of land
- planning of buildings for the brewery
- planning the layout of the brewery
- purchasing of machinery (second hand or new)
- Supervision of dismantling of machinery
- shipping and documentation
- advice in headcount
This brewery (pictured left) with a
start up capacity of 5.000.000 ltr
will start production in spring 2011.
